Exchanges and returns

We strive to deliver all our products to your satisfaction, but sometimes things can go wrong. That's why we offer you the opportunity to try our products for 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you can exchange or return the product within this period. Please ensure that products are in their original condition, including tags and labels, and do not show signs of overuse.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@relivex.nl . Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 days. Make sure that the return shipment has a Track and Trace code, and remember that the sender is always responsible for the shipping.

Once we have received the items you returned, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 days.

This is how the process works for all products:

  1. Send us an email to info@relivex.nl and let us know that you want to return the order or parts of it.
  2. Please ask our customer service if we can accept the return.
  3. If we can accept the return (within the time allowed), please follow the instructions below. Pack the returned product safely and securely in the original packaging.
  4. Send the package to the return address you received from our customer service.
  5. Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
  6. Once your package has been received and inspected within 7 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products to the payment method you used for the products.

Products damaged on arrival

It may happen that your product is damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. We will then replace the product.

In case of a serious problem, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged part of the product. It is best to take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible.

For defective items, we always send a new package for free the first time. If the defect occurs a second time, we will refund you the full purchase price.

Can I return the product without contacting you?

No that is not possible. You must contact us before returning the product as the return address may differ from the order address.

My order is damaged, what should I do?

Take a photo showing the poor quality of the item or the damaged part. It is best to take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. After this period the product will be returned to you.
